HeroBoost Starter Agent is the hosted, all-in-one agent path with the full Custom Chat UI: chat in the center, and a side panel you can switch among product surfaces. This section of the docs covers those surfaces. One distinction up front:
  • Apps = a catalog of tools inside Workspace. More apps will land here over time.
  • Slide = one app in that catalog — the first one available today. It is not a separate header mode and not the whole of Apps.
Listing your agent on public AI Explore (any Create Agent path, including Starter) stays in a separate flat guide: List an agent on AI Explore.
These guides describe what the product UI offers today. Some Automation and Slide flows are still being smoke-tested end-to-end — treat deep scheduling and export steps as best-effort until you verify them on your own agent.

What you get in chat

After you create a Starter Agent, find the agent → click the chat icon Chat icon on My Agents — opens Custom Chat UI (to enter Custom Chat UI). The header lets you switch the side panel among: Apps is not its own header mode. Path in the product: open Workspace → tab Apps → pick an app from the list. Today the list starts with Slide only; more apps will follow.

Guides in this group

JEV

Create evaluation micro apps, run scoring, and iterate with rewrite loops.

Automation

New automation: configure the workflows you need — sample templates help you start.

Apps (catalog)

The growing Apps list inside Workspace — many apps over time. Start here for what is available, not for a single how-to.

Slide (first app)

One app inside Apps — create or refine decks from links, notes, files, or an uploaded PPTX.

List on AI Explore

Same listing steps for every agent path — commitment, resale, sales plan, Listed badge.

Before you start

  1. Finish Hero onboarding if you are not a verified Hero yet.
  2. Create and configure a Starter Agent — AI agent setup and Configure your agent.
  3. Open chat as the agent owner. JEV, Automation, and Apps (including Slide, the first app) are built for the hero who owns the agent (subscribers do not see these owner panels).
