# Wallets

> Sign in with wallet (main path) or Google (optional) — EOA required for Hero status and on-chain actions.

**Sign in with wallet** (main path) or **Sign in with Google** (optional). Link an **EOA wallet** you control for Hero status and on-chain actions. HeroBoost does not host a wallet for you.

## EOA wallet

A standard externally owned account (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, and similar):

* You approve connections and sign messages in your wallet app
* HeroBoost never asks for your seed phrase or private key
* Sign prompts during onboarding are **sign-only** — they do not move funds
